Airport Service

Departures

A 15 minute grace period from the scheduled pickup time is allowed. Any waiting time beyond 15 minutes will be charged at the vehicle hourly rate plus driver gratuity. Waiting time will be billed in 15 minute increments.

Arrivals

Airport fares are based on pickup and drop-off without delays or waiting time. Your reserved vehicle is dispatched according to the flight estimated arrival time provided by the airline automated flight tracking system. A 45 minute grace period (75 minutes for international flights) from the scheduled pickup time is allowed at no additional charge. Delays beyond the grace period caused for reasons beyond Xtra Mile Limousine control will be charged in 15 minute increments at the vehicle hourly rate plus driver gratuity.

Charters

Based on the hourly vehicle rates plus driver gratuity. Two hour minimum (time based from garage to garage).

Late Bookings

Fares (including gratuity) for reservations booked within 2 hours of the required pickup time are non-refundable.

Cancellation & No Show Charges

Airport and Point-to-Point Service

There is no charge for cancellations more than 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time. You will receive a cancellation number when you cancel your reservation. Cancellations less than 4 hours are charged the full fare including driver gratuity.

Xtra Mile Limousine will monitor your flight so we will know if it is early or late. However, it is the passenger's responsibility to notify Xtra Mile Limousine  if they change flights. Passenger will be charged a No Show fee (full fare including driver gratuity) if they fail to notify  Xtra Mile Limousine of a flight change.
Upon arriving at the airport, if you are unable to locate your driver, please call our 24-hour Dispatch at 562.842.5048 immediately. Dispatch will locate our driver and coordinate your connection. A No Show fee will be applied if the passenger fails to call Dispatch before leaving the scheduled pickup location.

Charters

There is no charge for cancellations more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. You will receive a cancellation number when you cancel your reservation. Cancellations less than 24 hours are charged the full amount quoted for the trip including driver gratuity.

Seat Belts

The California Department of Motor Vehicles requires that passengers are properly restrained by a safety belt. Xtra Mile Limousine performs regular safety checks to assure the proper functioning of all safety belts. To help assure their safety all passengers are required to wear their safety belts while their vehicle is in motion.

Smoking

The California Public Utilities Commission prohibits smoking in commercial vehicles. As well, it is Xtra Mile Limousine policy not to allow smoking in the vehicles at any time.

Privacy

Xtra Mile Limousine is concerned about the privacy of the information you provide during your visits to our web site or over the telephone to our sales representatives. The information you provide us is held in strict confidence and is not given and/or sold to third parties unless we have your permission to do so. Any personal information provided to  Xtra Mile Limousine in an e-mail message will only be used to address the subject identified in the e-mail.  Xtra Mile Limousine has no intent or desire to infringe upon your right to privacy while using this web site or while conducting business with our company. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy.
